The Regional Breeders Association of Breeders of Emilia Romagna - A.R.A.E.R.- is a non-profit organization legally established on December 17, 1971 and with legal personality recognized by the D.P.G.R. Emilia Romagna Region n. 556. The A.R.A.E.R. is a first level organization, with direct membership of the Breeders, without distinction of species and breed of animals reared and productive specialization.
